As pivotal decision-makers within their respective organisations, these leaders actively shape the future in a dynamic world, readily embracing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and other advancements.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 participants operate high-growth businesses across nine diverse sectors, including technology, consumer products, real estate and design, and media and entertainment. According to EY analysis, these companies collectively generated revenue exceeding US$1.2 billion in 2024 and employed over 11,000 individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is an integral part of a global community of EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women. Since its inception in 2008, the programme has grown to encompass more than 1,000 women entrepreneurs who are building companies in over 60 markets across all industries.<\/p>\n<p>Of the 24 selected for EY&#8217;s programme, seven hail from Southeast Asia.
