Meet the trailblazers: 7 female founders from SEA selected for EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women 2025

EY, a multinational professional services network, has announced the 24 female founders selected for its Asia-Pacific Class of 2025 EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women programme.

This bespoke executive initiative aims to identify and champion a select group of high-potential founders who have established profitable enterprises. The programme furnishes these women with the crucial connections and resources to unlock further potential and sustainably scale their companies.

This year’s cohort comprises visionary women entrepreneurs from over 10 markets within Asia Pacific, all demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering long-term growth and scalability. As pivotal decision-makers within their respective organisations, these leaders actively shape the future in a dynamic world, readily embracing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and other advancements.

The 2025 participants operate high-growth businesses across nine diverse sectors, including technology, consumer products, real estate and design, and media and entertainment. According to EY analysis, these companies collectively generated revenue exceeding US$1.2 billion in 2024 and employed over 11,000 individuals.

The programme is an integral part of a global community of EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women. Since its inception in 2008, the programme has grown to encompass more than 1,000 women entrepreneurs who are building companies in over 60 markets across all industries.

Of the 24 selected for EY’s programme, seven hail from Southeast Asia. They are:

  1. Lee Hui Jing (Malaysia), Co-founder of BilaBila Mart
  2. Amira Ganis (Indonesia), President Director of Brawijaya Healthcare
  3. Imelda Harsono (Indonesia), Chief of Risk, Technology and Compliance of PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk
  4. Anandita Makes (Indonesia), Chief Strategy Officer of Plataran Indonesia
  5. Anna Lim (Singapore), Co-founder and Executive Director of The Soup Spoon
  6. Rosemarie Rafael (Philippines), Chairperson and President of Airspeed
  7. Hoa Thi Viet Nguyen (Vietnam), Founder and CEO of Asia Dragon Capital Joint Stock Company.
